What We DO:

  • Offer supervised visits and supervised exchanges of children between parents or guardians where there has been evidence of interpersonal violence.

  • Act as an independent body to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children.

  • Provide a protective and comfortable environment in which visitation and exchanges can occur.

What we DO NOT DO:

  • Make assessments or judgments about whether a parent should or should not be supervised.

  • Negotiate access conditions between parties, provide counselling, act as messengers, or mediate disputes.

  • Provide visitation or exchanges for non-parents, grandparents, siblings, or other non-legal guardians.

  • Provide service where there is active CFS involvement (i.e. guardianship, active investigation, etc.)
